Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as courier issues or high demand periods).

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
