Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any food items, including but not limited to honey, jams, chocolates, tea, gummies, and hot chocolate.

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for edible goods for hygiene and safety reasons.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Food and edible products
  • Opened or used items
  • Items not in their original condition

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
